Plastic scrapers from Malloy Supply are 100 percent metal-detectable, making them suitable for use in food processing operations – particularly for use as a dough scraper. This is our flexible version of plastic scrapers, with the blade being 1.5mm. thick.

The plastic scrapers are designed to be gentle on expensive food processing equipment and stainless steel work surfaces.

These scrapers are blue – a color commonly indicating them to be metal-detectable.
