Metal Detectable Plastic 3.5mm Scraper (10 per pack)

Plastic scrapers from Malloy Supply are 100 percent metal-detectable, making them suitable for use in food processing operations – particularly for use as a dough scraper. This is our rigid version of plastic scrapers, with the blade having a thickness of 3.5mm.

The plastic scrapers are designed to be gentle on expensive food processing equipment and stainless steel work surfaces.

Along with this rigid version, we offer a semi-rigid plastic scraper, and a flexible scraper.

These scrapers are blue – a color commonly indicating them to be metal-detectable, but we also sell a white scraper.

Stainless steel versions have detectable plastic handles and are available in two sizes.
