Metal Detectable Tape

Metal detectable tape that is 2″ wide x 55 yards in length, and self-adhesive. The adhesive coating has a backing to be peeled off before applying. The adhesive features a high initial tack and ultimate bond strength to a wide variety of substrates, including low surface energy plastics, treated glass, and corrugated cardboard. The adhesive is suitable for food processing and handling operations applications where compliance with FDA 175.105 is required. (That section covers applications where incidental contact between food and adhesive could occur). It has a thin layer of metal foil that makes it detectable by metal metal detection systems.

This metal detectable tape has heat resistance to 428º F.

Colors options are: Blue, Red, and Yellow.
