High-performance 3/8″ x 6″ testrods (also called test wands, sticks or bars) to test and calibrate metal detectors in food processing and handling operations and other facilities– especially for processing that involves conveyor systems. Select from the color-coded test stick options: ferrous (red), non-ferrous (green) and stainless steel (316) (blue).
These metal detector testrods are constructed from an indestructible acetal material that is USDA- and FDA-approved for food contact. The test wands will help calibrate and confirm the proper performance of your metal detector and, thus, support food-safety measures. These rods are also known as metal detector test sticks, and are commonly used to calibrate and confirm detectors on conveyor lines. All testrod and test stick products from Malloy Supply include complimentary certificates of conformity.
