These metal detector test rods are constructed from an indestructible acetal material that is USDA- and FDA-approved for food contact. The test rods will help calibrate and confirm the proper performance of your metal detector and, thus, support food-safety measures. These rods are also known as metal detector test sticks, and are commonly used to calibrate and confirm detectors on conveyor lines.
