Malloy Supply Frequently Asked Questions

What are shipping times and rates?

Malloy Supply ships via UPS Ground and uses UPS rates. Our calibration sticks, etc. are custom made and ship in about 4 days.


Does Malloy Supply ship international?

Our web site is currently set up for US shipments only. If you are outside of the US, please email us at info@malloysupply.com for information on international shipments.


Do you offer Certificates of Compliance?

For calibration testing products, we offer certificates of compliance. All items are approved for food contact in accordance with the FDA, Title 21 CFR 177 and are traceable to the NIST standard (681/280800-11). Upon shipment of your order, the certificate of compliance will be emailed to the email address associated with the order.


What is your return policy?

Returns are only accepted with a return authorization number and are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Return shipping is the returnee’s responsibility.
