Metal Detectable Plastic 2.5mm Scraper (10 per pack)

Plastic scrapers from Malloy Supply are 100 percent metal-detectable, making them suitable for use in food processing operations – particularly for use as a dough scraper. This is our semi-rigid version, with the scraper having a thickness of 2.5mm.

The plastic scrapers are designed to be gentle on expensive food processing equipment and stainless steel work surfaces.
